本文着重论述用涡流探伤法对金属管棒材进行无损检测时,所使用的点式探头在采用了电磁屏蔽的措施以后,提高了探头性能的理论分析以及实验结果。对探头检测线圈采用了电磁屏蔽以后,根据理论分析。一、使探头对磁场具有聚集作用。二、探头的抗干扰能力大大提高。三、探头的灵敏度提高。四、探头的分辨能力提高。因此,我们做了大量的实验,对电磁屏蔽点式探头进行研究,得到具体的数据和结论,从而证实了电磁屏蔽点式探头确实具有高灵敏度,高分辨率及良好的抗干扰性等优点。
This article focuses on the use of eddy current testing method for non-destructive testing of metal pipe and bar, the use of point-type probe in the use of electromagnetic shielding measures to improve the performance of the probe theoretical analysis and experimental results. After the probe detection coil using electromagnetic shielding, according to theoretical analysis. First, the probe has a gathering effect on the magnetic field. Second, the probe greatly enhance the anti-interference ability. Third, the sensitivity of the probe increased. Fourth, improve the resolution of the probe. Therefore, we do a lot of experiments, electromagnetic shielding point probe research, get the specific data and conclusions, thus confirming the electromagnetic shielding point probe does have high sensitivity, high resolution and good anti-interference and so on.
