2011年8月17日,国网电科院与新疆水利厅在新疆签署科技援疆合作框架协议。国网电科院将作为科技支撑单位,与新疆水利厅在新疆水利科技人才培养、新疆水利科研技术发展等领域开展深入合作,通过科技援疆带动新疆水利水电发展,履行国家级科研院所的社会责任。
On August 17, 2011, State Grid Electric Power Research Institute and Xinjiang Water Resources Department signed a framework agreement on cooperation in science and technology with Xinjiang in Xinjiang.
