高职院校学生顶岗实习过程中,往往由于实习生的身份而得不到实习企业的公平待遇,学生的很多实际权益很容易受到侵害。为做好这一环节的工作,保障学生实习期间的合法权益不受侵害,应从学校管理和企业制度以及相关法律多方面出发。本文就高职院校学生顶岗实习期间权益保护方面面临的问题进行了相关阐述并提出了改进措施,希望能更好的保护高职院校学生顶岗实习期间的合法权益。
In the process of internship in higher vocational colleges, there is often no fair treatment for interns due to the identity of trainees, and many actual rights and interests of students are easily infringed upon. In order to do a good job in this aspect and ensure that the lawful rights and interests of students during the internship are not violated, we should proceed from the aspects of school management and the enterprise system and relevant laws. In this paper, the problems facing the protection of rights and interests during the internship of college students in higher vocational colleges are expounded and the improvement measures are put forward, hoping to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the students during the internship.
