氟乙酸钠和氟乙酰胺是国家禁用的剧毒灭鼠剂,但一些地方仍在非法使用,给人民生命财产造成很大危害。本研究报道一种氟乙酸钠和氟乙酰胺的核磁共振测定技术,其灵敏度比国内外同类方法高4倍以上,能够准确鉴定生物样品中微量含氟灭鼠剂。用该技术首次查明了1995年广东省高要市大型中毒事件的原因,在中毒病人的抢救与治疗、公安系统侦破此案过程中起到了关键作用。另外,该技术对于其他含氟毒物、药物的测定具有参考意义。
Sodium fluoroacetate and fluoroacetamide are highly toxic rodenticides banned in the country, but are still illegally used in some places, causing great harm to people’s lives and property. This study reported a fluoro-sodium and fluoroacetamide NMR detection technology, the sensitivity of more than 4 times higher than similar methods at home and abroad, can accurately identify the biological samples of trace fluorine-containing rodenticides. Using this technology for the first time to find out the causes of the large-scale poisoning incident in Gaoyao City in 1995, it played a key role in the rescue and treatment of poisoned patients and the public security system’s detection of the case. In addition, the technology for other fluorine-containing poison, the determination of the drug has a reference value.
