顾客购买行为的研究对企业的营销管理是非常重要的,文章通过分析顾客购买行为的随机模型,指出随机模型更适用于对顾客购买行为进行预测,并对顾客购买随机模型未来的研究方向提出了看法。
The research of customer purchasing behavior is very important to the marketing management of enterprises. By analyzing the stochastic model of customer purchasing behavior, the article points out that stochastic model is more suitable for forecasting customer purchasing behavior and proposes the future research direction of customer purchasing stochastic model view.
