Are you stressed out each time you learn English？ If you are， I have three good ways to learn English.
I think you should read the English book every day， take notes in class carefully and review them on your own. If you do these， you will have a better understanding of English.
It is also a good idea to listening to English songs or watching English movies because good learners often connect what they need to learn with something interesting.
You could try to improve your English by writing e-mails to your pen pals.This will help you to improve writing skills.
