在模具用钢表面化学镀Ni-B-MoS2镀层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对镀层的表面形貌、晶体结构及成分进行表征,并对镀层的硬度、镀速、结合力、孔隙率、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性进行测试。结果表明,Ni-B-MoS2镀层耐蚀性良好,硬度高,减磨性能良好,轮胎模具用钢表面经化学镀Ni-B-MoS2处理后符合耐磨板使用要求。
Ni-B-MoS2 coatings were electroless-plated on the surface of the mold steel. The surface morphology, crystal structure and composition of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) Speed, bonding, porosity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance test. The results show that the Ni-B-MoS2 coating has good corrosion resistance, high hardness and good anti-wear performance. The surface of the tire mold steel is treated with electroless Ni-B-MoS2 electroless Ni-B-MoS2.
