《语文课程标准》强调,语文属于工具性学科,是学生以后交际、工作与生活的基础。遗憾的是现实中,有很多小学生不仅对语文不感兴趣,而且能力低下,成绩相对滞后。基于这样的差异发展,如何转化此类语文学困生呢?本文笔者结合实际,重点通过抓课堂、抓课余、抓反复,浅析语文学困生的转化策略,以便参考。一、抓课堂,通过爱心感化,帮助学生找回自信其实,无论怎样滞后的孩子,其内心里都希望得到老师
