本文仅就“岗位职务”这个名称谈点不同的看法。目前对“岗位职务”一词提法不同,解释也不一样,归纳起来有以下四种意见: 1、岗位和职务是两个不同的概念,不能放在一起提出。说“岗位”、“职务”及“岗位或职务”培训比较确切。 2、岗位是大概念,职务是小概念,岗位包容职务(或者相反:职务是大概念,岗位是小概念,职务包容岗位),定名岗位(或职务)就不应再加职务(或岗位)。 3、岗位是对工人而言,职务是对干部而言,说“岗位职务”或“岗位、职务”比较恰当;
