随着公安机构改革有领导有秩序的积极推进,公安秘书工作机构如何构建改革的框架,如何选择改革的逻辑起点,是公安秘书工作机构改革的至关重要的问题。本文试就此作些初步探讨,以求教于秘书工作同仁。
With the proactive and orderly promotion of public security agency reform, how the public security and secretarial work organization constructs the framework of the reform and how to choose the logical starting point for the reform is a crucial issue for the reform of the public security and secretarial work organ. This paper try to make some preliminary discussions in order to ask colleagues in the secretary work.
