为研究胎儿重度窘迫宫内复苏,实验采用16只妊娠7~9周孕狗(孕期9周)。麻醉后经左腰旁切口暴露腹主动脉,于肾动脉与髂血管分叉之间插入8~10mm 流量探针作阻断腹主动脉血流之用。行剖腹术,于一胎狗背下方切开子宫角,行股动脉插管并进入主动脉。暴露5cm~2胎狗皮肤,将校正好的电极插入胎皮内以测量 tcpO_2,tcpCO_2和 tpH。每次实验前、中、后各吸取0. 1ml 胎血作血气及 pH 测定。16只孕狗平均分成4组,每组腹主动
In order to study the intrauterine fetal recovery of severe fetal distress, the experiment used 16 pregnant dogs for 7 ~ 9 weeks gestation (9 weeks pregnant). After anesthesia, the abdominal aorta was exposed through the left lumbar incision, and a flow probe of 8 ~ 10mm was inserted between the renal artery and iliac vessel bifurcation to block the blood flow of the abdominal aorta. Laparotomy, cut in the dorsal horn of a fetus, femoral artery intubation and into the aorta. The skin of 5 cm to 2 dogs was exposed and the corrected electrode was inserted into the placenta to measure tcpO_2, tcpCO_2 and tpH. Each experiment before, during, after drawing 0. 1ml fetal blood for blood gas and pH determination. An average of 16 pregnant dogs were divided into 4 groups, each group of abdominal active
