通过土壤、蔬菜重金属污染状况调查和富集特性研究。基于不同种类蔬菜对重金属富集的差别,在以镉为主不同程度污染的菜田进行生产队范围的蔬菜重金属低富集轮作试验。结果表明,低富集轮作与普通轮作相比,可使污染田块的蔬菜镉含量降低50%—80%,有明显减少镉进入食物链的效果。不仅如此,还可明显提高蔬菜产量和产值。黄瓜、花椰菜、甘蓝、豇豆和茭白等果、花、叶、茎类蔬菜作物是低富集轮作应优先选择的对象。
Investigation of Soil Contamination and Accumulation of Heavy Metals in Vegetables and Vegetables. Based on the differences of heavy metal accumulation among different types of vegetables, we conducted a test of low enrichment of vegetables with heavy metal in the production team in vegetable fields contaminated to different degrees.
