川东地区占三分之二进尺的311mm井段,有砂桥、沉砂,常需划眼;大段泥页岩地层易井塌,尤其是地面地层倾角大时,井塌就更为严重。为此,进行了MMH正电胶钻井液的室内试验和现场应用。结果表明,以MMH为主体的正电胶钻井液具有十分明显的“固/液”转化的独特的流变特性,结构能很快形成,又能很快且很容易地被拆散;水眼粘度η∞很低,卡森动切力τc和剪切稀释系数Im很高,剪切稀释性很好;有很好的井眼净化能力,有很好的抑制性和井壁稳定能力。所以,MMH正电胶钻井液在川东地区有广阔的推广应用前景。
