目的 :研究糖尿病睾丸的病理变化及其发生机制。方法 :用光镜及透射电镜观察四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病 1个月大鼠睾丸的形态学改变 ,并测定睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的活性及一氧化氮 (NO)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :光镜下主要表现为睾丸曲细精管萎缩及生精阻滞 ;透射电镜下主要见到支持细胞线粒体与内质网扩张、胞浆内内含物形成 ;睾丸组织的SOD、GSH -PX活性实验组低于对照组 ,NOS活性及NO、MDA含量实验组高于对照组。结论 :糖尿病大鼠睾丸病变主要为支持细胞受损及生精障碍 ,其可能与脂质过氧化作用及NO所致的损伤有关
Objective: To study the pathological changes of diabetic testes and its mechanism. Methods: Morphological changes of testis in alloxan - induced diabetic rats were observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscopy. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH - PX), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and the contents of nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA). Results: Under the light microscope, testicular seminiferous tubule atrophy and spermatogenic arrest were observed mainly. Under the transmission electron microscope, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum were dilated and the content of cytoplasm was formed. The contents of SOD and GSH - The activity of PX in experimental group was lower than that in control group. The activity of NOS and the content of NO and MDA in experimental group were higher than those in control group. CONCLUSION: Testicular lesions in diabetic rats mainly support the impairment of cells and the spermatogenesis, which may be related to lipid peroxidation and NO-induced injury
