从盾叶薯蓣根中分得两种水不溶性三糖皂甙(A 和 B)以及两种水溶性四糖皂甙(C 和 D)。A 为新皂甙,暂名盾叶皂甙 A(zingiberenin A),结构式初步推断如图1。B 为纤细皂甙(gr-acillin)异构物。C 为原盾叶皂甙 A(protozingiberenin A)。D 为原盾叶皂甙 B(protozingibereninB)。
Two water-insoluble trisaccharide saponins (A and B) and two water-soluble tetrasaccharide saponins (C and D) were obtained from the roots of Dioscorea zingiberensis. A is a new saponin, temporarily named A. zingiberenin A, and the structural inference is shown in Fig. 1. B is a gr-acillin isomer. C is the original shield leaf astragalus A (protozingiberenin A). D is the original saponin B (protozingibereninB).
