结论 桂林、河池新发现HIV/AIDS病例合并HBV、HCV感染较常见,提示应加强对新发现HIV/AIDS病例的HBV、HCV筛查检测工作,及时给予干预、治疗,防止合并感染,延缓HIV感染后疾病进程.“,”Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of emerging HIV/AIDS patients co-infected with HBV and HCV in Guilin and Hechi cities in Guangxi from 2014 to 2015 with a purpose to provide an evidence for effective prevention and treatment of HIV,HBV and HCV.Methods The data of emerging HIV/AIDS patients in Guilin and Hechi cities from 2014 to 2015 were collected and analyzed by using the descriptive epidemiological method. Results The total number of emerging HIV/AIDS patients was 2 980 cases in Guilin and Hechi cities from 2014 to 2015.The prevalence rates of co-infection with HBV and HCV were 13.02% and 2.17% respectively. The prevalence of triple infections (HIV,HBV and HCV) was 0.26%.The prevalence of co-infection with HBV or HCV was higher in the male than that in the female although this difference did not reach to statistical significance(P > 0.05).The prevalence of co-infection was high in Han ethnic and the people with second school education. The prevalence of co-infection with HBV was high in the people aged 40-49 years and attendants in public places. The prevalence of co-infection with HCV was high in the people aged 20-29 years. The prevalence of co-infection with HCV was high in the people with transmission route of intravenous drug abuse. The alanine aminotransferase (ALT) concentration was significantly higher in the people with co-infection of HBV or HCV or triple infections than that in the people with mono-infection (P=0.0001).Conclusions The co-infection of HIV/AIDS and HBV or HCV are very common in Guilin and Hechi cities, suggesting that screening for HBV and HCV is necessary among the emerging HIV/AIDS patients so as to provide interventions to delay the disease progress.
