文章通过对实例的分析论述了组合机床自动线近年来的发展情况和近期的发展趋势,认为总的方向是提高生产率、适应性和扩大工艺范围。提高生产率的关键是缩短节拍时间,为此有越来越多地采用机械传动的趋势。为了提高适应性,目前已有80%以上的自动线采用程序控制器。自动线的配置型式将随其应用范围的扩大而变得多样化,而且生产能力也在扩大。由于高强度材料薄壁零件的应用,使自动线在保证工件刚性的情况下对其进行高效高速加工,成为近期内最大的研究和发展任务。图7幅。
Through the analysis of the examples, the article discusses the recent developments and trends in recent years in the automatic line of the combined machine tools. The general view is that the overall direction is to increase productivity, adaptability and expand the scope of the process. The key to increasing productivity is to reduce the takt time, for which reason there is a growing trend toward mechanical transmission. In order to improve the adaptability, at present, more than 80% of the automatic lines adopt the program controller. Automatic line configuration type will be expanded with the scope of its diversification, and production capacity is also expanding. Due to the application of thin-walled parts with high strength materials, automatic lines are the most efficient research and development tasks in the near future. Figure 7 Figure.
