以中国水利学会秘书长戴定忠为组长的中国水利学会赴藏考察组一行8人,于1986年9月在西藏自治区拉萨等地进行考察和讲学。考察组对自治区水利学会给予了工作上的指导,并分学科召开了有关专业的座谈会。考察组在藏期间,专程到自治区水文总站看望了水文职工。67岁高龄的姚榜义总工程师,亲自到海拔4800多米的羊卓雍湖白地水文实验站慰问长工期作在世界屋脊上的水文工作者。戴定忠同志也高度赞扬了西藏水文工作者不畏艰苦的献身精神,并勉励大家继续为西藏的水利事业多做贡献。
The delegation headed by Ding Dingzhong, secretary-general of China Water Conservancy, led a delegation of 8 to the inspection team of the Chinese Society of Hydraulic Research who visited Tibet in Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region in September 1986 for lectures and lectures.
