本文从内控制度推行及实施过程中出现的一些问题出发,通过从企业总的层面阐述了内控制度实施的必要性,及内控制度实施中存在的一些问题的解决,提出自己的个人想法。
This article starts from the implementation of the internal control system and some problems that arise in the process of implementation.
