The University of Leeds is experimenting with a plan to measure the automatic splitting of shear waves. The project was carried out in close cooperation with the International Seismic Center to ensure the continuation of new measurements and the publication of its results at the International Center for Earthquakes after the program was concluded. The British Council for Natural Environment provided partial funding to members of the International Seismological Center to enter integrated measurements into the International Seismic Center database.
