2007年8月25日至28日,国际会计师公会(AIA)英国总会会长谭学林太平绅士率领AIA访问团在北京展开了为期四天的交流活动。20余位来自香港、新加坡分会的代表及资深会员拜访了中国财政部、中国证监会、国家税务局、中国注册会计师协会以及北京国家会计学院,并与上述机构的负责人就中国新会计准则与国际财务报告准则(IFRS)的趋同、内地企业境外上市以及两税合并对在内地运营的港企可能产生的影响等议题进行了讨论。
From August 25 to August 25, 2007, the AIA delegation led by General Consul Tan Hsien-ling, chairman of the International Association of Accountants (AIA), led an AIA delegation to Beijing to conduct a four-day exchange. More than 20 representatives and senior members from Hong Kong and Singapore branches visited China’s Ministry of Finance, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Taxation, China Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Beijing National Accounting Institute. They also talked with the principals of the above institutions about China’s new accounting standards and The convergence of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the overseas listing of Mainland enterprises and the possible impact of the merger of the two taxes on Hong Kong enterprises operating in the Mainland were discussed.
