在论证地域文化公共服务的必要性和可行性基础上,探讨地域文化公共智慧服务2.0模式的构建,并以南通江海文化为例,从地域文化公共服务云平台建设和融合互联网思维的地域文化公共智慧服务方案设计两方面对具体的建设举措予以阐述。
Based on the necessity and feasibility of demonstrating the public service of regional culture, this paper explores the construction of the public wisdom service 2.0 model of regional culture. Taking the culture of Nantong Jianghai as an example, from the regional platform of public service cloud of regional culture and the regional culture public Wisdom service design on both sides of the specific construction initiatives to be elaborated.
