2007年12月末,国内权威的法制类报纸——《法制日报》、国内领先的劳动关系网站——劳动法世界(www.laboroot.com)与《人力资源》共同评选出“2007年十大劳动争议案件”。这十大案件基本反映了过去一年国内劳动关系管理的现状和企业劳动关系管理实践中的典型问题。为此,我们特别邀请劳动法世界laboroot.com创始人、知名劳动法与员工关系管理专家魏浩征先生对这十个案例进行点评,以期提醒用人企业注意劳动用工方面的法律风险,避免违规操作,使企业能够更加切实有效地实施劳动关系管理,构建和谐的员工关系。
