明《太医院医士李思讷墓志铭》,现藏苏州博物馆。志石青石质,正方形,边长56.3厘米。碑体完整,字迹清晰。志盖阴刻篆文,四竖行11字,为:“太医院医士李思内(讷)墓志铭”(图一)。志楷书29竖行,满行34字。该墓志由黄养正篆盖,俞拱书丹,陈循撰文(图二)。志文记载了墓主人的生平性格、家族世袭和往来情况。现将志文标点如下,并对墓主及有关人、事略作考释,仅供研究者参考。
Ming “too hospital doctor Si Si epitaphs,” now possession of Suzhou Museum. Shi Zhiqing stone, square, side length 56.3 cm. Monument body integrity, writing clear. Zhigao engraved seal, four vertical lines 11 words, as: “too hospital doctor Li Si Nei (epitaph) ” (Figure 1). Chi script 29 vertical rows, full line 34 words. The epitaph by the yellow yangzheng seal, Yu arch book Dan, Chen Xun author (Figure II). Chi recorded the tomb owner’s life character, family hereditary and contacts. Punctuations are now punctuation as follows, and the owner and the relevant people, things slightly for the purpose of interpretation, for researchers reference.
