就业是大学生从学校向社会过渡,完成角色转变的关键步骤,其重要性不言而喻。但就业又是大学生从未有过的人生经历,其中不免有许多困惑与迷惘。现代的大学生比之以前的大学生有了更多主动求职的意识与行动,但是他们的求职行为仍存在不少瑕疵。笔者多年从事教育工作,也以班主任的身份目睹了本班毕业生求职、就职的全过程,反思他们求职的成败得失,笔者总结了发生于求职不同阶段的三类易为广大学生所忽视的盲点,下面结合实际案例进行分析。
Employment is a key step in the transition of college students from school to society and the completion of their role transformation. Its importance is self-evident. However, employment is a life experience students have never had before. Many of them are confused and confused. Modern college students have more active job search awareness and action than previous college students, but there are still many flaws in their job search behavior.
