梭伦是雅典的政治家,同时也是一名改革家,尤其是在法律方面,梭伦的法律改革使雅典政治变得更加民主。本文拟从梭伦的法律改革原因、内容及影响三方面来阐述,以此使后人更好了解这位伟大的法律改革家。
Solon was Athens’ politician and also a reformer, especially in terms of law. Solon’s legal reforms made Athens more democratic. This article intends to expatiate on the reasons, contents and influences of Solon’s legal reforms so that future generations can better understand this great legal reformer.
