一、概况 连铸技术在国内、外发展很快,目前先进工业国的连铸比已达到90%以上,连铸板坯最小厚度大于150mm,但还需进一步热轧,才能达到所要求的规格。若采用双辊式薄带坯连铸工艺则可直接铸轧成冷轧带坯,从而减少热连轧设备,节约能耗,降低成本。双辊式薄带连铸机是利用转动的双辊式代替常规连铸的固定结晶器。由于铸带与结晶器之间作同步运动,不产生磨擦,形成的带坯容易脱离,铸带速度从6米/分~100米/
