武汉审救助管理站通过整合职能部门、社会力量、群众团体等资源,在探索中前进,在前进中完善、在完善中形成了以“主动救助、爱心救助、抱团救助”为核心内容的具有武汉特色的救助模式,受到民政部、湖北省民政厅的肯定。建立主动救助机制2006年在武汉市民政局的大力支持下,武汉市救助管理站提出了“主动救助”的理念。并对无民事行为能力的流浪乞讨人员实施保护性救助,对限制行为能力的人员实施关爱性救助,对遇到临时生活困难的流动人员实施保障性救助。
