本文详细分析了当今CIP/CIL工艺中存在的问题及磁性炭浆(MIP)工艺的技术优势和经济竞争优势,采用较简单的办法制备了一种硬度高、耐磨性好的磁性炭,其吸附金速度和吸附量均与原炭相当,实验发现磁炭解吸率高且再生方便,从杂质离子的影响实验说明Cu(Ⅱ)和SCN-对磁炭的吸附性能影响很小,而Zn(Ⅱ)则强烈地降低磁炭的吸附速度,但Fe(Ⅲ)的存在明显地促进磁炭的吸附过程.
