我国的造纸行业在改革开放后迅猛发展,而其带来的环境问题也日趋严重。最新的造纸工业废水排放标准使得单纯的化学法和高得率制浆方法在废水的处理上远远不能满足生态和经济的需求。对环境保护以及降低能耗的日益关注,促进了白腐菌在制浆中的应用。本文介绍了影响白腐菌的生长因素、产生的酶系及其作用机理、在生物制浆中的应用以及存在的问题,以引起业界对生物制浆的重视。
The papermaking industry in our country develops rapidly after the reform and opening up, and the environmental problems brought by it are also aggravating day by day. The latest papermaking wastewater discharge standards make simple chemical and high-yield pulping methods far from meeting ecological and economic needs in wastewater treatment. The increasing concern for environmental protection and energy consumption has promoted the application of white-rot fungi in pulping. This article describes the factors affecting the growth of white rot fungi, the enzyme system and its mechanism of action, the application of biological pulp and the existing problems in order to attract the industry’s emphasis on biological pulping.
