本文报道了南京卫生检疫局近几年来对南京地区六所高校的留学生和外籍教师的传染病临测结果。经资料统计分析1978~1992年期间在这六所高校的留学生和外籍教师中发现各种疾病共8种71例,其中霍乱、艾滋病病毒携带者各1例,性病28例,肺结核7例,肝炎21例,乙脑3例,精神病10例。而且其患病率呈逐年上升趋势。这71例患者(或感染者)来自五大洲28个国家,其中非洲留学生的患病率为最高,美洲次之。同时通过流行病学调查资料说明对留学生和外籍教师进行疾病监测以及其入学后的后续管理和卫生保健工作的重要性和必要性,并对今后更好地开展这项工作提出了建议和值得探讨的问题。
This article reports the results of the Nanjing Health and Quarantine Bureau in recent years on the infectious diseases of foreign students and foreign students at six colleges and universities in Nanjing. Statistics from 1978 to 1992 showed that 71 kinds of diseases were found in 8 kinds of foreign students and foreign teachers in these 6 universities, among which cholera, 1 case of HIV carriers, 1 case of venereal disease, 7 cases of tuberculosis, 7 cases of hepatitis 21 cases, 3 cases of Japanese encephalitis, mental illness in 10 cases.
