Sars袭来,全社会兴起了热烈的健身潮。但对于普通人来说,如何科学的锻炼,如何自我测试,都是不容回避的问题。5月10日,国家体育总局正式出台了《普通人群体育锻炼标准》回顾历史。上个世纪五十年代颁布的《劳卫制》和六十年代的《青少年体育锻炼标准》在当时都曾经对整个社会人群的健康状况起到了非常积极的作用。而随着时代的发展,1964年制定的《青少年体育锻炼标准》虽在1974年改名为《国家体育锻炼标准》,但是其针对广大学主的方向并没有改变,并不能成为全社会普通人群监督自己健康状况的综合性标准。为进一步推动《全民健身计划纲要》的深入实施,满足广犬人民群众日益增长的健身需求,努力构建面向大众的全民健身服务体系,从2000年起,国家体育总局群体司组织了几十位专家,经过两年多的调查研究,于今年2月初圆满宪成了科研课题,研制出《普通人群体育锻炼标准》(试行),普通人群的范围从20岁至59岁,并在北京通过了专家组的鉴定,我国的群众体育锻炼工作也进入了一个标准的航道。

The general population ranged from 20 to 59 and passed experts in Beijing Identification of the group, our country’s mass physical training work has also entered a standard channel.
