通过对复合材料结合强度不同测试方法的分析比较,设计了一种在拉伸试验机上进行90°剥离的复合板结合强度测量装置,分析了装置的结构特点,研究了装置测量的稳定性和测量误差。结果表明,该装置结构简单、使用方便、对试样制备要求低、测量结果再现性好。通过对6组300℃保温4h试样的剥离强度测量结果比较,发现测量过程再现性较好;对250℃保温12h试样进行剥离强度重复测试,剥离力相对测量误差为3.1%,满足测量要求。
Based on the analysis and comparison of different test methods for the bonding strength of composite materials, a device for measuring the bonding strength of composite board with 90 ° peel test was designed. The structural characteristics of the device were analyzed. The stability and measurement of the device were studied. error. The results show that the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, low requirement for sample preparation and good reproducibility of measurement results. By comparing the peel strength measurements of 6 groups of samples incubated at 300 ℃ for 4h, the repeatability of the measurement process was better. The peel strength of the 12h sample was repeatedly tested at 250 ℃ for 12h, and the relative measurement error of peel force was 3.1% .
