兴趣是学生的最好老师,也是教学成功的关键因素。兴趣对人的活动具有非常重要的作用,学生的学习兴趣一旦被激发,他们就会产生较高的注意力、愉快高兴的情绪及坚强的意志等,从而提高学习活动的效果。从上课现状来看,常规的教学手段单一,课中活动内容单调,学生的练习兴趣无法调动,因而影响教学效果。本文主要针对体育教学的特点,分析了高职院校学生体育学习兴趣不高的主要原因,并探讨提出了提高学生体育学习兴趣的对策和建议。
Interest is the best teacher for students and a key factor in teaching success. Interest plays a very important role in people’s activities. Once the students’ interest in learning is stimulated, they will have a higher level of attention, happy mood and strong will, thereby enhancing their learning activities. From the status quo of the class, the conventional teaching methods are single, the contents of the class are monotonous, and the students’ interest in practice can not be mobilized, thus affecting the teaching effect. This paper mainly focuses on the characteristics of physical education, analyzes the main reasons why students in vocational colleges have a low interest in physical education, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve students’ interest in physical education.
