对分离式热管倾斜布置蒸发段的传热特性进行了试验研究,获得了倾斜蒸发管的壁温特性及换热规律,分析了其传热机理;着重研究了倾斜角度、热流密度和充液率等因素对传热的影响;由试验数据回归整理了相应的平均换热系数无量纲准则关系式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好;分别与垂直蒸发段和大空间池沸腾的传热进行了比较,发现在一定条件下倾斜蒸发管具有更好的换热性能.研究结果为分离式热管的进一步研究、开发和工程应用提供了理论依据.
The heat transfer characteristics of the inclined section of the split heat pipe were studied. The wall temperature characteristics and heat transfer law of the inclined evaporating pipe were obtained. The heat transfer mechanism was analyzed.
