企业文化与企业思想政治工作都是企业及其重要的后方思想战略基础,对企业的发展起着举足轻重的作用。而此两者之间也有着非常紧密的联系,同时也存在着一定的差异点。本文首先分析了企业文化建设与企业思想政治教育的一致点,说明了两者结合的可行性,进而分析了将二者结合的重要意义,最后提出了几点结合企业文化建设与企业思想政治教育的具体途径。
