多西他赛(泰索帝、多西紫杉醇)是一种半合成的紫杉烷类药物,其抗肿瘤活性高且抗肿瘤谱广。我们于2007年3月—2009年12月采用多西他赛联合氟尿嘧啶为主对肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌(间质瘤除外)、乳腺癌患者进行化疗取得了较好的效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本 Docetaxel (taxotere, docetaxel) is a semi-synthetic taxane drug with high anti-tumor activity and broad anti-tumor spectrum.
