红细胞通过 C_(3b)受体而显示清除抗原-抗体-补体复合物的能力。为了探讨红细胞免疫粘附功能在临床上的意义,我们根据郭峰等建立的红细胞 C_(3b)受体酵母花环和红细胞免疫复合物酵母花环的方法检测了正常人与哮喘、肺炎、自身免疫病(红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎)、癌症(肺癌、直肠癌)患者的红细胞免疫功能,同时结合混合花环测定作了初步研究、实验结果如下:一、红细胞 C_(3b)受体及免疫复合物酵母花环检测结果:不同病种患者红细胞 C_(3b)受体,都较正常对照组(献血员)低,以正常对照组为100计,哮喘、肺炎、自身免疫病、癌症患者分别是79.71%、56.91%、46.16%、25.95%。除哮喘病人与正常人
