通过1980至1982三年田间放养固氮蓝藻的试验证明,在我省的自然条件下,于六月末至七月中旬在田间放养固氮蓝藻,经过一定时间的放养,均能获得亩产鲜藻千斤以上的产量。新组成的藻种Ⅱ比藻种Ⅰ繁殖快、产量高。不同时期和不同年限固氮蓝藻产量的差异主要受当时的天气和水温的影响。亩产鲜藻千斤以上的区带,对水稻的株高、穗长、穗总粒数、穗实粒数、有效分蘖等性状均有较好效应。连年放养固氮蓝藻的地块,水稻产量逐年增加。配合施用化肥比单放固氮蓝藻效果更好。
