本文概述了循环流化床锅炉灰渣中的冷渣与分离灰综合利用的情况,讨论了影响灰渣活性的诸多因素。如何提高占灰渣总排量相当部分的飞灰的活性,除了提高银烧温度外,还要保证适量的CaO,因为缺CaO的灰渣本身没有水硬胶凝性能,只有火山灰活性,我们让灰渣中存在适量的CaO后,在高温下CaO才能与灰渣中的SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3等化合生成水硬性矿物成份,直接用于商标号水泥的生产。
This paper summarizes the comprehensive utilization of cold slag and separated ash in the ash of circulating fluidized bed boiler, and discusses many factors that affect the activity of ash residue. How to improve the activity of fly ash, which accounts for a considerable part of the total discharge capacity of ash, should not only increase the temperature of silver burning, but also ensure the proper amount of CaO. Because the slag without CaO itself has no hydraulic gelling property and only pozzolanic activity, After CaO is present in the ash, CaO can be combined with SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and the like to form hydraulic minerals at high temperature, which can be directly used for the production of cement with trademark number.
