1954年2月13日,是我永远不能忘记的一天。这一天,在太原市人民大礼堂,当着一千多位来太原访问的工人老人哥和农民兄弟,我光荣地领受了1952年爱国丰产金星奖章。当时我曾说:“我之所以能得到这种高尚的荣誉,应归功于党与政府的领导,社员的努力,志愿军的保卫和工人老大哥的帮助与支持。”我过去虽然取得了一些成绩,但还十分不够,我向党和政府保证:今后一定要以十二分的力量,学习志愿军的顽强精神,战胜困难,用进一步办好农业社、提高农业生产、巩固工农联盟
