槲皮素是一种天然黄酮类物质 ,对癌具有化学预防及治疗作用 ,近年研究表明它也是一种有效的多药耐药(MDR)逆转剂。本文就槲皮素逆转肿瘤MDR的机制及研究进展进行综述。
Quercetin is a natural flavonoid that has chemopreventive and therapeutic effects on cancer. Recent studies have shown that quercetin is an effective multidrug resistance (MDR) reversal agent. This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of quercetin in reversing tumor MDR.
