针对工程中出现的支座松动故障,建立了多盘悬臂转子的松动有限元模型,对单支座和双支座松动故障进行动力学特性研究.结果表明:在两种情况下,随着松动刚度的降低,其运动形式基本一致,均经历了周期1、周期2、周期6和周期4运动;但轴心轨迹差别很大,对于单支座松动,轴心运动开始为一个上下差别很大的“8”字形,接着变为两个嵌套的“8”字形,最后变为“螺旋”状,而双支座松动开始轴心轨迹近似为三角形,接着变为两个“8”字形,最后也变为“螺旋”状.得出的结论为转子-轴承系统故障诊断、动态设计和安全运行提供了理论参考.
Aiming at the loosening failure of support, the loose finite element model of multi-plate cantilever rotor is established and the dynamic characteristics of single-seat and double-seat loose failure are studied.The results show that in both cases, The stiffness decreases, and its movement forms are basically the same.
