采用HPLC-MS方法对苹果中杀螟丹、杀螟硫磷含量进行测定,结果表明:2种农药在0.1~1.0μg/m L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数r≥9988,回收率在87.5%~106.8%之间,相对偏差RD为3.7%~4.0%。该方法快速、简便、灵敏、准确,能满足日常苹果中有机磷农药残留的分析检测要求。
The contents of cartap and fenitrothion in apple were determined by HPLC-MS. The results showed that the two pesticides showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0 μg / mL with the correlation coefficient of r ≥ 9988. The recoveries In 87.5% ~ 106.8%, the relative deviation RD is 3.7% ~ 4.0%. The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate, and can meet the analytical detection requirements of organophosphorus pesticide residues in daily apples.
