文章主要是探讨利用小波转换来探测铝合金加筋板格的多重裂缝,在实验中利用小波包节点范数((Wavelet Packet Node Norm)来建立带有铝合金加筋板格的第一模态振型值,并且利用二维离散小波分析来探测裂缝之所在位置。在数值分析方面,利用有限元法分析软件(ANSYS),进行平板之模态振型分析,并以二维离散小波分析探测裂缝位置,证明此方法之可行性。从数值分析与实验两者之结果均证实所提出之方法对于探测铝合金加筋板格的单一或多个破坏程度之缺陷位置,均有较好的检测能力。
In this paper, we mainly discuss how to detect multiple cracks in stiffened aluminum alloy plates by using wavelet transform. In this experiment, Wavelet Packet Node Norm is used to establish the first mode with stiffened aluminum alloy plate And the two-dimensional discrete wavelet analysis is used to detect the location of fractures.In the numerical analysis, the finite element analysis software (ANSYS) is used to analyze the mode shapes of the slabs and the two-dimensional discrete wavelet analysis Crack location to prove the feasibility of this method.From both numerical analysis and experimental results, it is verified that the proposed method has better detection for detecting single or multiple defects of aluminum alloy stiffened plate grid ability.
