应用碘化钾治疗了5例口疮性口炎患者。其中2例为 Sutton 重症口疮性口炎,齿龈,舌及邻近消化道受累并有严重的吞咽及发音困难。在前一年中均复发过4次。由于不能进食,体重在1个月内下降了10kg,另3例为轻症患者,实验室检查未发现任何有价值的改变,中性粒细胞计数及血清铁水平均正常。常用的局部或系统治疗包括皮质类固醇和抗生素治疗均无效,开始以碘化钾300mg,每日3次治疗,3天后口腔损害明显好转,7天后完全缓解。以后3例反复发
Five cases of aphthous stomatitis were treated with potassium iodide. Two of them were Sutton's severe aphthous stomatitis with involvement of the gingiva, tongue and adjacent digestive tract and severe dysphagia and dysphonia. Four recurrences occurred in the previous year. Due to inability to eat, body weight dropped by 10 kg in 1 month and the other 3 were mild and no significant changes were found in laboratory tests. Neutrophil counts and serum iron levels were normal. Commonly used topical or systemic treatment, including corticosteroids and antibiotics are ineffective treatment, beginning with potassium iodide 300mg, 3 times a day treatment, 3 days after oral injury was significantly improved, 7 days after complete remission.
