目前，高校大学生的主体是90后，随着时代的不断发展，90后大学生在思想、行为、心理等方面都呈现出了独特之处，他们的个性突出，不同于以往的大学生，因此，高校管理制度也应该与时俱进，从而达到高校思想教育的目标，满足90后大学生的需求。本文分析了90后大学生的特征以及目前高校管理中存在的问题，并因此而提出一些建议和意见，从而有效的转变90后大学生管理方式。“,”At present, the main body of university students are after 90, with the continuous development of the times, college students after 90 has unique characteristics in thinking, behavior, mental, their personality is outstanding, different from the previous college students, therefore, the management system of colleges and universities should also keep pace with the times, so as to achieve the goal of ideological education in colleges and universities, meet the demand of college students after 90. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the post-90s college students and the problems existing in university management at present, and put forward some suggestions and opinions, so as to effectively change the management of post-90s college students.
