背景提示 于永正,1941年生于山东莱阳。现任徐州市鼓楼区文教局教研室主任。全国著名特级教师和国家有突出贡献的中青年专家。1980年,他开始在《江苏教育》发表论文,之后,又连续发表教育随笔数十篇,引起读者广泛关注;于此同时,他的阅读和写作教学日臻成熟,多次在省内外进行公开观摩教学。1999年,《江苏教育》发表长篇人物通讯《风正一帆悬——记全国著名特级教师于永正》,对于永正的人生和教育教学作了富于个性的艺术化解读,在读者中引起强烈反响,同年底,配合“跨世纪园丁工程——名师计划”的实施,教育部在南京召开于永正教学方法研讨会,“于永正热”随之出现。
