基于ansys的汽车转向节有限元分析

转向节是汽车转向系统中十分重要的结构件,它能够承受转向轮的负载以及路面通过转向轮传递来的冲击,同时还能够传递来自转向器的转向力实现控制汽车行驶方向。本文首先介绍了转向节的功能,然后以7180型轿车转向节为例对转向节进行了建模,同时利用ansys软件对它在紧急制动工况、侧滑工况、越过不平路面工况这三种工况下进行分析。
