目的研究小果蔷薇Rosa cymosa根中的三萜类化学成分。方法采用多种色谱柱对小果蔷薇中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从小果蔷薇根醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到13个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为2-oxo-pomolic acid(1)、2α,19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid(2)、2-乙酰基-洋委陵菜酸(3)、坡模酸(4)、野鸦椿酸(5)、阿江榄仁尼酸(6)、千花木酸(7)、阿江榄仁亭(8)、野蔷薇亭(9)、构莓苷F1(10)、2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-羧酸-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、覆盆子酸(12)、号角树酸3-甲酯(13)。结论化合物1~4、7、11~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the triterpenoids in the roots of Rosa cymosa. Methods The chemical constituents of Rhizoctonia solani were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic columns and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Thirteen triterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Rhododendron fortunei and identified as 2-oxo-pomolic acid (1), 2α, 19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid (2), 2-acetyl-palmitic acid (3), slope mode acid (4), wild crows acid (5) (8), Briar Ting (9), Fructus Fragrant F1 (10), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23-TetrahydroxyUrsu-12-ene- 28 -carboxylic acid -β-D-glucoside ), Raspberry acid (12), horny 3-methyl ester (13). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 4, 7, 11 ~ 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
